Our Performance Management process consists of goal setting and dissemination, goal tracking, mid-term and year-end evaluations and feedback processes. It is aimed to achieve mutual agreement between the manager and the employee in all performance processes. To ensure harmony between company goals and personal goals, top-down goals are disseminated with bottom-up contribution. With the 360-degree evaluation system included in our Performance Management System, which we apply every two years, personal development plans are made based on the competency-based development areas of our employees. Performance evaluations are taken into account in the training and development process, rewarding the best performance and talent management.
