Akyaşam Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. is the management and operation company of Akbatı Shopping Mall, Akasya Shopping Mall and offices. Registered on August 12, 2011 and established in Istanbul, Akyön has ensured that the real estates (housing, mass housing, modern residential units, shopping malls, trade and business centers, hotels, motels, accommodation, all types of tourism facilities, social facilities, touristic, sportive, educational and cultural facilities, movie theaters, theater halls, hospitals and nursing homes) that it maintains, services and manages are used in accordance with their purpose. The company has implemented essential measures for their protection, established and managed a comprehensive protection organization, offered maintenance, repair, supervision and inspection services for real estate, and provided a diverse range of support and management services. Akyön and Akyaşam were merged under the legal entity of Akyaşam through the complete takeover of Akyön by Akyaşam along with all of its assets and liabilities and the dissolution of Akyön without liquidation. The transaction was officially registered on October 3, 2017, before the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
