The Company makes flat for land contracts in order to develop projects in the future on residential and residential + commercial land plots in Gümüşsuyu neighborhood of Beykoz district in Istanbul province. As of the end of 2022, flat for land contracts were signed for approximately 28,250 m2 of land.
