Aksu Textiles E.A.D. was established on December 18, 2000 in Bulgaria and its main field of activity is the production, import and export of all kinds of textiles and clothing. Aksu Textiles E.A.D., which was wholly owned by Ak-Al, became a subsidiary of Akiş REIT with the merger registered on January 4, 2013. On August 16, 2013, with the resolution of the Board of Directors, a decision was taken to change the title of Aksu Textiles E.A.D. to Aksu Real Estate E.A.D. With this change of title, the Company’s field of activity has been amended as carrying out all kinds of real estate investments both domestically and internationally in order to generate profit.
