He started his business life as a Sales Manager at Naba Ambalaj A.Ş. in 2004 and in the same year, he established Mig&Levent S.L. in Spain, of which he was a founding partner, and started his business life as a company owner. He returned to Turkey in 2008 and joined Akmerkez GYO A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager. He served as the Assistant Manager of Akbatı Shopping and Lifestyle Center between 2011-2017 and then as the Shopping and Lifestyle Center Manager. He served as the General Manager at Akyaşam Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş., which has taken over the management of Akbatı and Akasya Shopping Centers, since 2017. He has been serving as the General Manager of AKİŞ Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. since the beginning of 2023. Çanakçılı graduated from Bentley University, Department of Business Administration in 2001 and completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration at McCallum Graduate School of Business in 2003.

After graduating from Izmir American College for Girls, she graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1986 and started her career as a Management Trainee at Egebank. After serving as a Marketing Officer at Egebank's Elmadağ Branch, she joined Ak-Al Tekstil Sanayii A.Ş. in 1989, assuming the position of Assistant Finance Manager before becoming Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs. She joined Akiş GYO A.Ş. in 2008 as the Assistant General Manager for Financial Affairs, and she still continues to serve in this position. She is a board member in various group companies. Banuhan Yürükoğlu speaks English and is married with one child.

She began her professional life in Mert Metal Ltd. Şti., a family-owned business, in 1996 and continued to work there until 2004. She worked as a Specialist and Director in the Finance Department at Mert Metal Ltd. Şti. Between 2004 and 2009, she respectively assumed the positions of Sales Specialist and Sales Manager at Yapı Kredi Koray GYO A.Ş. She joined Akiş GYO A.Ş., a subsidiary of Akkök Holding, in 2009. She worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Akiş GYO A.Ş. between 2009-2017 and has been working as the Sales and Marketing Director since 2017. Didem Hiçyorulmazlar graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Sociology in 1998. As a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and ULI (Urban Land Institute), Hiçyorulmazlar also attended Sabancı University Development Programs. Since 2020, she has been the chairwoman of the Women Leaders in Real Estate Platform. She was born in 1975 in Istanbul and is married with 1 child. She is fluent in English.

She commenced her professional career at Mudo Mağazacılık A.Ş. in 1990 as a Stores Group Specialist. Between 1991 and 1993, she worked as a Human Resources and Training Manager at F Profil Ltd. In 1993, she joined Koç Group and worked as a Senior Specialist at Arçelik A.Ş. in different Human Resources Processes. She continued her career within the same group as a Management Development Manager at Koç Holding A.Ş. between 2002 and 2007. She was appointed as Human Resources Manager at Aygaz A.Ş. in 2007. In December 2009, she joined Akkök Group as an HR Consultant and took an active role in the execution of Akkök Group's strategic human resources programs. From 2010 to 2014, she was appointed as the Human Resources Manager of Akkök Holding A.Ş. from her previous role as a Consultant and at the same time, she managed the HR Processes of different companies within the group. She managed a variety of tasks and roles as the Organizational Development and Real Estate Human Resources Coordinator at Akkök Holding between 2014-2017. She has been working as the HR Director of Akiş REIT since February 2017. Özlem Özbatır received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University in 1989 and her master's degree in Business Administration - Management and Organization from Uludağ University. In 2014, she successfully completed the Adler Professional Coaching Certificate Program in Turkey. Born in 1964 in Merzifon, she is married and the mother of one child. She is fluent in English.
