Akbatı
Akbatı Shopping Mall, as one of the largest shopping malls in Istanbul, boasts a net leasable area of 65,496 m2 spread across 4 floors. It boasts nearly 200 stores, 4 movie theaters, specially designed areas for recreation and gathering, children's playgrounds and education areas, a parking lot accommodating 3,000 cars, as well as a Restaurant Square with a variety of restaurants offering world cuisines.

Street Retailing
Breaking new ground among real estate investment trust companies in Turkey, Akiş REIT has turned to street retailing as an alternative approach to Shopping Mall investments. The operational real estate of Akiş REIT in this field is Erenköy Apartment, which was opened on Bağdat Street in 2021 and leased to the Boyner brand.

Akasya
Akasya Project was carried out on a land of 121,000 m² in Acıbadem. Consisting of 1,357 saleable units and a shopping mall with a leasable area of 80,000 m², the project comprises three phases: Grove, Lake and Urban.
The Grove and Lake Phases were opened to settlement in 2012, and the delivery of the Urban Phase was also finalized. Akasya Shopping Center, situated in the Urban Phase, has approximately 250 stores and opened for business on March 6, 2014.
