Akiş REIT, the real estate subsidiary of Akkök Holding continues to be recognized for its strong performance in the sector with prestigious awards. Akiş REIT received “REIT with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating” and “REIT with the Highest Sustainability Rating” awards for the years 2024 and 2025 at the REIT Awards held as part of the 20th Real Estate Summit organized by GYODER, one of Türkiye’s leading real estate platforms.
At the award ceremony, the “REIT with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating” award for 2024 and 2025 was received by Akiş REIT Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs Naile Banuhan Yürükoğlu, while the “REIT with the Highest Sustainability Rating” award was received by Akiş REIT Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications Director Didem Hiçyorulmazlar.
