The evaluation covered more than 50 criteria under the main categories of Management System, Recruitment and Employment, Occupational Health and Safety, Supply Chain, and Social Impact. Akiş REIT received an impressive score of 89 points in the audit, surpassing the required qualifying score of 70 points, earning the “Equal Women at Work” certificate.
Organizations that receive the Equal Women at Work Certificate also contribute to the progress towards achieving the “17 Sustainable Development Goals” adopted by all member states of the United Nations in 2015. All endeavors to attain gender equality contributes to a comprehensive objective, both at the national and global levels.
