An ordinary partnership under the name ‘Akiş Güray Ordinary Partnership” has been established to develop a primarily residential, mixed-use project under revenue sharing agreement on an approximately 100,000 square meter property subject to joint ownership, located in the Sahrayıcedit neighborhood of the Kadıköy district, Istanbul. In this partnership, 80% ownership belongs to our Company, and 20% belongs to Güray Gayrimenkul Geliştirme İnşaat Anonim Şirketi.
