Akiş REIT, through its newly established Akiş Global Real Estate Investment Inc., as part of its international growth strategy, has signed agreements for its first investment in Germany. In 2026, the company has partnered with Edge, a leading European real estate development and investment company based in the Netherlands, on a project comprising approximately 155 residential units in Berlin-Lichtenberg.
