Performance Management


Our Performance Management process consists of goal setting and deployment, goal monitoring, mid-year and end-of-year performance evaluation and feedback. The mutual consensus between the manager and the employee is prioritized throughout the performance management process. In order to align corporate and personal goals, goals are communicated from top to down by employing a bottom-up engagement process. The 360-degree evaluation system that is part of our Performance Management System enables the preparation of personal development plans based on competency-based development areas of our employees. During the training and the development phases of performance evaluations, high-performing employees are recognized, and they are considered for talent management.
